How much wax should I use on my board?
Before and each time you ride your board you will need to wax the bottom so it slides and performs over the sand. Waxing will ensure proper operation and performance. To make sure you get the best out of your new sandboard, polish the laminate bottom before taking your board out for the day then wax before riding for best results.With Mr Sheen or similar, apply polish with a clean cloth and allow to penetrate. Buff off polish with another clean cloth until laminate is brilliant and reflective. Apply wax sparingly, you don't need a lot. A few streaks from front to bottom is enough between every 1 - 2 rides. Don't put to much on or your board will grip the sand and won't slide at all.

If my product is damaged will you arrange for it to be repaired?
All products that are within the warranty period will be repaired according to the T&Cs. If your product is out of warranty, we will be happy to arrange for it to be repaired however a fee will be applicable.
